Resep Pakai Bakso

- 2 litres of beef broth
- 100 grams of rice noodles
- 2 pieces of tofu, diced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 stalk of bok choy, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of fried shallots
- 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of chilli sauce


Instructions



1. In a mixing bowl, combine the beef mince, minced garlic, egg, tapioca flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
2. Roll the mixture into small balls, around the size of a golf ball.
3. In a pot, bring the beef broth to a boil. Add the meatballs to the pot and cook for 20 minutes or until they are fully cooked.
4. While waiting for the meatballs to cook, prepare the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Set aside.
5. In a pan, sauté the diced tofu until golden brown. Add the julienned carrot and chopped bok choy. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
6. To serve, place the rice noodles in a bowl. Add the sautéed vegetables and meatballs on top of the noodles.
7. Pour the beef broth into the bowl.
8. Drizzle sweet soy sauce and chilli sauce over the dish.
9. Garnish with fried shallots.
10. Serve hot and enjoy!
